This formula is based on the ratios of amino acids found naturally in high biological value (BV) protein sources. Amino acids provide important support for athletic training, as supplementation promotes recovery, protects DNA from oxidation, lessens occasional muscle soreness and fatigue, supports muscle performance, and supports the body's oxygen-carrying capacity. They work for me.

I think the pills are working to assist muscle recovery. The capsules due have a very unpleasant taste and it takes courage onget them down and drink great gulps of water to get rid of the taste. Despite that I will continue taking them because of the positive effect on my muscles

Just received. Tried my first dosage today. My initial response is...

They're good! I researched a ton of different Amino Acid products here on Amazon and finally settled on this one because: it has one of the best price vs. serving ratios; it has all the essential amino acids and thensome; it has a reasonable dosage size of 3 capsules per day (some others say to take 5 to 10 per day!); and, it is from a reputable company. When I opened the container, there was a mild aroma of... potato chips! And, in my opinion, that's a good thing. I've taken many other different pills that smelled like weird weeds, or dirt, or a sour chemical, or some other unappealing smell, so I have no objection to taking pills that smell like fresh potato chips. No negative reactions from my first dose. If something negative happens later on, I'll change my rating, but so far, I'm happy with this product
